Thomas Alger
Managing Director
Tom has been running the business for the past 28 years taking over from his father & grandparents before.
His passion and drive is to ensure clients receive a family friendly professional service, from enquiry through to completion of works.
As a team we love cleaning properties and believe we offer the best of friendly, reliable and professional services.
Neil Scott
Business Development Director.
Using the latest SoftWashing treatments and technology he’ll design a bespoke cleaning plan for the exterior of your property.
Whether you have a moss covered roof, dirty render or a slippery patio, Neil will use his vast knowledge of properties and cleaning processes to ensure CIS have your house gleaming again.
Paul Holloway
Operations Manager
Paul joined CIS in 2016 and has worked in the industry since 2002.
Paul has a vast experience in ensuring clients get a fantastic service from the moment our cleaning treatment commences through to the end of the job as we drive away from their cleaned home.
In his down time spends time with his partner and daughters and organises packed days going to the park, exploring the woods and bike riding.
Kobi Stevens
Technician Team Lead
Kobi, joined CIS in 2023, originally from New Zealand but now based in Bristol. Kobi worked as an exterior cleaner in New Zealand so has a wealth of experience to make your home shine. Kobi is most at home in the great outdoors fishing, skiing, surfing, climbing, swimming and biking.
Brian Taylor
External Cleaning Technician
Joined CIS in early 2025, previously his roles had involved a lot of driving, so he is really enjoying being out in the fresh air and all the physical activity involved with his role at CIS.
He’s married and has two teenage boys and a dog, so when he’s not occupied with them he’s a season ticket holder at Bristol City so enjoys experience of the ups and downs of being a lifelong Robin.
Stephen Mburu
External Cleaning Technician
Stephen has worked in the external cleaning industry since the start of 2023. Originally from Kenya but now based here in the UK with his young family, he enjoys being part of the CIS team and helping home owners enjoy their clean homes.
Mostyn Alger
Apprentice External Cleaning Technician
Is our youngest member of the CIS family, currently completing an apprenticeship. However, as the owner’s son, he is probably our second longest serving team member having completed many summer jobs working at CIS, so he has a wealth of experience that far outweighs his years.
In his spare time he enjoys gaming and he is a dedicated follower of the Robins, and tries to get to all the home games and also many of the away matches too.
Caroline Taylor
Office Administrator
Joined the CIS family in 2024 , she’s married and has two teenage boys and a Dog called Dotty. Caroline is here to deliver the best customer experience, from your initial enquiry through to sending you a bill.
She enjoys dog walks, holidays with the family and love the beach. To keep fit she enjoys weightlifting, running and has taken part in many fund raising events raising money for charity. Although she would say her biggest achievement is bringing up her boys and not killing her husband.
